How to care for Soap:
All soaps do best when they dry out in-between uses. Using a draining soap dish prolongs the life of your soaps.
*Each soap bar is hand cut and weighs an estimated at 4.5 ounces when cut.

Unsure about Skin sensitivities?
Although each offering is 100% natural and carefully crafted with high-quality ingredients to ensure gentleness on the skin, in rare situations reactions, can occur due to allergies and/or sensitivities. Worried that you might be sensitive to a certain ingredient in a product? Contact your GP first or simply do a small patch test and wait 24 hours. If an unlikely reaction has occurred discontinue use immediately. Otherwise, continue use and enjoy.

Shipping:
Orders take up to 3 business days to be packaged and shipped. Delivery times vary and could take 2-7 business days until arrival. On rare (and unlikely) occasions they could take a little longer.
Parcel Tracking:
If for some reason you fear your parcel has been lost, please contact us. We obtain proof of postage along with a tracking ID for every order we send and will do our best to help and support you in tracking you lost parcel.
*Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or tampered with parcels.
Returns/Refunds:
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for any skincare products. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email or contact us through the site so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you. Refunds are only accepted if you have provided sufficient proof of reason to want a refund e.g.: photo proof of wrong product being sent, photo/video proof that items were missing in order, a photo proof of a product not being as described.
Refunds are not given to those with buyers regret:
If you have failed to contact us within 40 days of purchase refunds are also not accepted.
